Reserve a Room (by room)

The Friends Auditorium is a flexible meeting space for large and small groups. It contains a granite counter with a coffee maker and sink. Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. There are rental fees associated with this room. Reservations are for a minimum of two (2) hours, which includes any set-up or take-down time needed.

Study Room A is available for a maximum of two hours per day (per person or per group), and accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. There is no cost to use a study room. If you are late for your room, your departure time may not be extended due to demand. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot make it.

Study Room B is available for a maximum of two hours per day (per person or per group), and accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. There is no cost to use a study room. If you are late for your room, your departure time may not be extended due to demand. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot make it.

Youth Study Room A is available for a maximum of two hours per day (per person or per group), and accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. There is no cost to use a study room. If you are late for your room, your departure time may not be extended due to demand. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot make it.

Youth Study Room B is available for a maximum of two hours per day (per person or per group), and accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. There is no cost to use a study room. If you are late for your room, your departure time may not be extended due to demand. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot make it.

The Small Conference Room is available for a maximum of four hours per day (per person or per group). A minimum of 2 people are required to use this room, with a maximum of 8 people allowed. At least 2 people in your party must be present to receive the room key. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. There is no cost to use the small conference room. If you are late for your room, your departure time may not be extended due to demand. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot make it.

This collaborative space in our library has a variety of equipment and materials available for your use. DIAL reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. A minimum of two days is required for a reservation. Walk-In appointments are not accepted. Bookings are limited to 4 hours. The room is not available to reserve on Sundays. There is no cost to use the Makerspace, but you may be charged for supplies used.
