Poetry Contest Opens

It's time for the annual poetry contest! April is poetry month, so here is a chance for the poets (18 years old and up) of Royal Oak and beyond to flex their poetic muscles. The theme this year is time and memory.

Submissions open March 1, and close April 1

Poems can be submitted here.

First prize: $100 Amazon gift card

Second prize: $50 Amazon gift card

Third prize: $25 Amazon gift card

Winners will be given the chance to read their poems on April 25 at 4:00pm at the poetry reading and open mic.
