Event Details
We have been practicing our writing, thinking, and science skills for the Summer Writing Challenge, and now it is time to celebrate the work we did! It's important to write for ourselves, but also for an audience, and ice cream doesn't hurt either. So, come one, come all, to the Microscopes & Metaphors Ice Cream Social! We will have readings of the work submitted for the challenge, an open mic for any intrepid writers wishing to read their work about science, as well as cold, sweet, delicious ice cream. And....we will have our anthology published of the writers who submitted their work, ready to pass around, share, and read.
