You can have your holiday treats and stay healthy. Learn how to make fudge that is sugar free, organic, low fat, gluten free and vegan. Chef Val will be making two kinds of holiday fudge, chocolate and chocolate peanut butter in the class. Plus you will learn all about sugar alternatives, which ones are really healthy and which ones to avoid. Recipes and samples are given in the class. Chef Valerie Wilson also known as Chef Val, has been in the food industry since 1985. Having lived a vegan, macrobiotic lifestyle since 1993, she started teaching cooking classes in 1997 and still teaches in Southeast Michigan. She is the author for six cookbooks.
