You will be able to 'eat the rainbow' with the colorful vegetables in the salad, dark leafy lettuce, yellow summer squash, purple onion, red radicchio and more. The salad has an Oriental inspired dressing. Samples and the recipe will be given out at the class. Recipe is vegan, whole foods, plant based, organic, gluten, sugar and dairy free.
