Chef Val's Spring Greens and Tempeh Cooking Class
Spring is here and time for lighter, colorful dishes. You will learn how to make this high protein, whole foods, vegan, and gluten free dish that is a complete meal. Recipe and sample are given at the cooking class.
Chef Valerie Wilson has been in the food industry since 1985. Having lived a vegan, whole foods, macrobiotic lifestyle since 1997, she started teaching cooking classes in 1997. Chef Val offers lifestyle counseling, personal chef services, and hosts her own radio show. She is the author of six cookbooks, her most recent: Simply Healthy Scrumptious Desserts.
