Chef Val returns for another in person event and will demonstrate how to prepare a Vegan Summer Picnic. The menu includes Tofu Cucumber Sandwiches and Tempeh Sauerkraut Roll Ups. Adventure over to the library to learn how to create this delicious organic summer meal.
