Event Details
Bring your whole family and spend time outside, connect with nature, and identify local birds! This hobby provides an opportunity to appreciate the beauty and diversity of the natural world, and it’s a great activity for families to bond over and create lasting memories, all while learning about different bird species. Learn about the importance of bird surveys, birding and biodiversity, local songbirds, tree canopy covers, and how to identify different bird species before birding in the field. Our guides will lead you through natural habitats, help you spot and identify different bird species, and learn about their behaviors and habitats.
NO EXPERIENCE OR EQUIPMENT IS NECESSARY.
Please register for the event at the Clinton River Watershed Council. https://www.crwc.org/events/nourished-by-nature-birding.
