Growing Cut Flowers: This course will discuss the varieties of various flowers that can be grown as cut flowers, planting tips, trick, and the proper conditions for each flower. Michael will also discuss post harvest care of help your floral last inside your home. 

Speaker Biography: Michael has been growing flowers ever since he was 7 years old. Over the years, he has turned his hobby into a successful business. Michael Fraley is part owner of The Flower Project, an urban cut flower farm located in Ferndale. Michael and his partner Brent grow hundreds of flowers each year to sell to the general public and wholesale account as well. In addition, Michael and Brent own Tiffany Florist in Birmingham, MI.
